No Refunds on prepaid plan refills once applied to cell phone number. Please be sure to input correct phone number, carrier and plan to refill.  Invalid number entries will result in refund of plan but NOT the convenience fee. 

Refund policy for cell phones is indicated on each cell phone product page ranging from 14-30 Days.

SHIPPING
Our current methods of shipping Standard (4-7 Day) via USPS First Class Mail (Free Shipping Option) & Priority (2-3 Day) via USPS Priority Mail. We currently only ship to the United States. Orders place by 1pm EST typically ship that day or within 1 business day.
